BEST CUSTOMER REVIEW
We've had the clock for 6 weeks, and it worked well until about a week ago, and then it quit connecting and would repeatedly freeze. We reached out to their technical support staff, which you could only do via email, but they were no help, as their response time was slow slow slow, and all we got back from them was our case was updated. Servers and networking is what we do, so it was not us. Were finally gave up and shifted to Quickbooks Cloud-based Time Clock, which allows our hourly employees to clock in via their phone or desk computer, and it geo-locates so as to not allow them to clock in anywhere else without approval. After having it in use for two days we are very impressed. In short, this system is NOT worth it.
