How To Order
Orders may be placed through our safe, SSL secure shopping cart. We accept major credit cards. We also accept checks. Phone calls are more than welcome, let us help you with questions or advice about our products.
We use a 128 bit SSL certificate. 128 bit is the most secure encryption available. Our certificate also comes with a $2500 warranty. Additionally most credit card companies will protect you from any unauthorized transactions.
Items purchased from our site ship from various locations in the United States. Our cart will calculate the exact cost (based on weight) to ship from that location to your delivery address. Costs are based on UPS shipping rates for both Ground and 2nd Day Air.
Our shopping cart will estimate ground shipping costs based on your assumed zip code. We use technology that assumes your zip code based on your IP address. Once you enter your delivery address, the shopping cart will display your exact cost
Some items are offered with free shipping. This only applies to orders shipping to the United States. Alaska and Hawaii will still require ship costs, however at a reduced rate. PLEASE NOTE: Only items marked as Free Shipping will qualify. Any extra items you purchase, such as accessories, will incur shipping charges.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Some orders require a lead time of 2-3 business days of purchase. Please see product pages for further information or contact us to be sure. Ground delivers within 3-8 business days of shipment through the 48 contiguous US states. For total delivery expectation, please add lead time and delivery time.

Sales Tax (California)
By law, we are required to charge sales tax to shipments within California. The rate is 7.75%. If you are tax exempt, please contact us prior to purchase. All other states are tax free.
We are happy to cancel your order BEFORE shipment. We will credit you in full. If you decide to cancel after shipment, please see our 30 Day Return Policy.
Unless otherwise noted, all time clock hardware products on our site come with a one year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not, please contact us for your RMA number (return merchandise authorization) and deliver the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase. You will be charged a restocking fee of 15% of retail purchase plus shipping (actual shipping charges are non-refundable even if your item shipped with free shipping). Returned item(s) must be complete and in re-sellable condition. Please do not use marker on any packaging.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If your item is deemed defective by the manufacturer's tech support WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase, it may be eligible for full refund. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty applies. All defective returns require an RMA number.
OPERATING SYSTEM INCOMPATIBILITY: Not all software we sell will run on all versions of Windows. PLEASE CONTACT US to be sure.
