WHAT CUSTOMERS THINK
Customers find the time clock system easy to read for payroll purposes and appreciate that there are no monthly fees. The setup process receives mixed feedback, with some finding it simple while others find it awkward. Moreover, the functionality and fingerprint reader also get mixed reviews, with some saying it works well while others report it doesn't work well, and one customer noting the fingerprint reader is very fussy. Additionally, the WiFi connectivity receives negative feedback.
BEST CUSTOMER REVIEW
Bought this to track employee's work times. Setup was easy, the interface is clear and user-friendly. Out of the box, this device would support up to 25 users before an additional license is needed. The data can be obtained directly from the device with a USB drive or if the software is installed and on the same data network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet you can pull the data as needed from the pc with the installed software. You can sync many Clocks to the same software if you have more than one location. The accompanying guides weren't fully clear after reading some questions that did require tech support. Support for me was only available via chat, but they responded rather quickly and was very helpful every time. The unit is simple, reliable, and works as designed. If you are in the market for a time clock where employees need to use their finger print to log in and out, then this should be a good fit.
