set these up in two buildings, and when the 2nd weekly pay cycle started one of the units rejected printing on side 2 of the card. Called support and they had me turn off the TC auto feature and now they both work as I intended.Good product out of the box, reading the directions carefully got me up and running. The problem I had with one was covered in the directions, I just did not double check my work before putting them into service.
