How to set up, and how it works:
- Step One - Sign up online for your Webtimeclock account. The first 30 days are FREE. Enter your departments and employees. In your account, assign your employees either a 4 digit PIN number or proximity badge number.
- Step Two - Connect the Webtimeclock PIN/Prox Terminal to your router or network, then connect the power. To punch, your employees can enter their PIN numbers or wave their proximity badge.
- Step Three - View, edit or print reports in your Webtimeclock account. All data is REAL-TIME. Reports include individual time cards, summary reports and who's in reports. Payroll is now much easier.
