How To Order
Orders may be placed through our safe, SSL secure shopping cart.
We accept major credit cards. We also accept checks. Phone calls are more than welcome,
let us help you with questions or advice about our products.
Online Security
We use a 128 bit SSL certificate. 128 bit is the most
secure encryption available. Our certificate also comes with a $2500
warranty. Additionally most credit card companies will protect
you from any unauthorized transactions.
Shipping Charges - Free on All Orders over $100
We will not charge shipping on orders over $100 to any of the 48 contiguous states.
Free shipping is by either UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii
must use our 2nd Day Air option. Orders below $100 will be charged customary rates according to weight.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Most orders require a lead time
of 2-3 business days of purchase. Please see product pages for further information. Ground delivers within
7 business days of shipment through the 48 contiguous US states of shipment. For
total delivery expectation, please add lead time and delivery time.
Order Status and Tracking Numbers
We are well aware that you are anxious to receive your order. If you would like
to know the status of your order including tracking number, please send us an email using our
Email Form with your order number.
Sales Tax (California)
By law, we are required to charge sales tax to shipments within California.
The rate is 7.75%. If you are tax exempt, please contact us prior to purchase. All other
states are tax free.
Cancellations
We are happy to cancel your order before shipment. We will credit you in full. If you decide to cancel after shipment,
please see our 30 Day Return Policy.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All time clock hardware sold on this site come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship. All software comes with a 90 day warranty.
30-Day Return Policy
Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be complete and in
re-sellable condition. All returns must have an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) - please call us for your RMA.
The customer is responsible for all costs to return items. All returns will be charged a restocking fee of 25%
of retail purchase + a shipcost fee of at least $10.
If item is deemed defective by the manufacturer's tech support within 30 days of purchase, item may be eligable
for full refund. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty applies. All defective returns require an RMA number.
REFUNDS: Refunds are processed when items are returned with authorized RMA number. Please allow up to 30 days for refund.
CHARGEBACKS: Please do not chargeback purchases from Time Clock Deals. It is always best to consult us first with any issue.
You will find that we always try to work things out. NOTE: any unathorized chargeback will be subject to a $50 fee.
