Acroprint Time Q Plus single terminal time clock system.
Easy to set-up: Install the Acroprint Time Q Plus software on your PC, then turn off the power. Attach the terminal to a wall and connect the 50ft cable from the terminal to the PC. Connect power to the terminal, turn on your PC, and it's ready to go.
Easy to punch in: Employees are issued their own magnetic stripe badge.
To punch in, they simply swipe their card through the Acroprint Time Q Plus terminal. The LCD display shows their name, type of punch (in/out), and hours worked.
Easy to manage: The Acroprint Time Q Plus terminal does all the calculating.
However, with the software, you can setup the clock rules and employee data, edit employee punches, review/print/save reports, export to payroll packages, and even setup a signal control program for buzzer, bell or horn.
